Conway Truckload Drivers what is your 20?

Central FL is 21 over today....boarded after MT at noon, and 14 is just about gone....maybe manana

 

At home, had to run by the house and renew my car's registration. LOL

 

Sometimes I really hate Conway's way of doing things, yesterday we got approved to do a restart and 5 hrs later and a half an hour after our dispatcher leaves we get a preplan to go and pick up a load 70 miles away and take it to Spartanburg,SC 343 miles when my husband calls to see why we got the load they tell us well we seen you sitting there and booked the load, husband tells them that he had already been told we could take a restart they say nope we booked this load because of you being there so you need to run with it, we'll get the delivery date changed to Wednesday afternoon, my husband tells them no i'm not going to sit on this load for a day and half without being able to get a restart, So we grabbed the load and went with it, not happy about it but what can you do. Talked to our dispatcher and he wasn't too happy about the fact that he took us off the board (reason for it was because planner said there was +6 people and no loads) and then they put us back on the board and come to find out they had booked the load and then found there was no trucks so they put us back on. aghh sorry just had to vent. Also if you have to go to Amazon in Spartanburg,SC be prepared to sit all day, got there at 1230 and didn't leave till 11pm our appt was 1pm, and they do don't tell you anything there.

 

I hear u there Cindy. It's a good company but I think they got there heads up there butts lol.
Need to get to Joplin hood got a crack for no reason lol

 

If its a KW it just happens, forget about it and keep running. Call Joplin and let them know much like all the other sub-par built KW's yours has a crack in it from vibration. Odds are they won't route you there and it will be a less financially negative thing then going there just for a crack that appeared.

 

yea i dont play on going there into im rdy to go home. got some other work to be done on truck my Front blower dont wanna work sometimes... and dpf filter needs a cleaning. so before i head home im have em do that stuff there then bob tail home for a week

 

Thankfully the KW near here was recently acquired by MHC so I was able to put my truck in the shop while on home time.
