one Blue parrot worked great for year, sent it to sister, still in use 4 yrs now. Second one went bad 4 months
-
Will that work in the noisy environment of the truck cab? Yes, Bose does have a good name.

I have a few. Jawbone, Plantronics Voyager Pro, LG, etc.
I actually like the Plantronics Voyager Pro the best and just ordered a new iPhone 5 and the new Plantronics Voyager Legend.
I don't like the Blue Parrots, etc. that make you look like you're working on a shuttle launch or you're "Sally from Time-Life waiting to take an order for the History of Country Music subscription".
Maybe they work great, but I'm not going to walk around with that "apparatus" on my head.
I put my Voyager in my ear and while it's bigger and not as stylish as my Jawbone, it's so comfortable that I actually forget that I still have it in my ear. The noise cancellation is great too. -
Just bought a bluetiger combat pro for $75 at the T/A in Denton, TX right after Thanksgiving. Seems to work fine, although this is my first over the head type headset. I never could tolerate them in the past and just always used an in ear style. Just needed something I could hear better in the truck.

I have had a couple blue parrots and just bought a Blu tiger from amazon.com for $30 with tax and shipping. any comments on the Blue Tiger is appreciated seems to be a great headset in my early observation.

$30 tax and shipping?? That's more my speed. I might own a headset if it works.

I have the planteonics voyager pro. Bought it from vest buy and got the two year warrenty. I love the headset but more importantly the warrenty is well worth it. If anything and I mean anything happens they will replace it for free. They stand by that. My dog ate mine into two pieces I went to try and replace it, told them what happened and they replaced it for free. New warrenty starts from that date and no more money for it. Best Bluetooth I've had and best place to get it is best buy.

I just bought one of the road king rk300 headsets and guys don't waist your money I can't hear people on the other end let alone them hearing me I was trying to save a few bucks but I will most definitely be going back to a blue parrot as soon as I can get back to a pilot
