Well, I will feel really bad? I mean, what I am up against here is bigger than I. Here is is my official view on where I stood. I had to look at it objectively and say... "If this was my operation, and some two bit rookie rolled in off the street and started complaining about how I operated, I might be a little upset"? On the other hand, if it was my company, I would not operate that way, but, I am just a rookie? I really have no idea what it really takes to bring a trucking company to success. However, I do know that, if a trucking company operates as this one does, then, it could set them back to square one? So, in my humble opinion, I have to err on the side of safety and take slower profits in order to maintain my revenues and just work harder to get more clients. Am I living in dream land or is this a reasonable way to look at it?
With regard to this company being watched? They are being watched. They are currently under mandatory audit by the FMCSA due to the very problems I delineated in previous posts? Operating under fatigue.

 

I just responded to a question from a trucker in another post that I put up inquiring about my problem with my most recent employment. My response to that trucker contained this information, as taken from the FMCSA website regarding the company that I just resigned from. The following information is the HOS and vehicle maintenance numbers:

According to the company overview SMS, it states the major violations as HOS violation, vehicle maintenance.
HOS violations: 8 inspections - 6 violations, 7 total overall. Vehicle maintenance: 6 inspections - 6 violations, 11 total overall. These numbers according to FMCSA.

HOS violations: June 74%, July 74%, August 74%, September 73%, October 64% 2012 current. November numbers not yet posted.
