Dock strikes still going on.

 

Just outside rochester ny. Unloaded last nite @ wegmans. Got my next load lined up, sodum ny to hersey. I switched over to the lease side a week ago. First load was supposed to be 671 miles, ended up being over 1050 after having to rearrange the 3 stops. The shipper held me up, and the first drop was in johnstown at the dc. Ny new fm tries his best. Syarted it last Thursday finally got it all off Monday. Oh wellit will get better.

 

Go slow, and be smart about purchasing fuel!

Sitting in Ft. Myers. Just got approval after being out on short term disability. Driver personnel told me I had to pay my own way back to Springfield or hope a ride. Waiting on my FM to arrange a ride. Hoping
to be back by Monday.

 

Sitting at the ta in bordentown nj for an am delivery. I've been working in slowing down. I've managed to keep the mpg over 8. Trying to run about 55 really does help.

 

Back at the Ontario TA east for late supper. Picked up in Oxnard... going to head out and catch my zzz's in the desert.

 

Sitting in the right seat enjoying the ride through wild, wonderful, West Virginia. I am gonna drive the US19 part of this trip down to Salisbury NC. should be at the Food Lion down there tonight.

 

East of Banning CA, at the westbound parking area... got to get turned around and headed the right direction!

 

Well, dropped my student off at the Inn after he tested out and now waiting on my load for tomorrow. FM told me about 2 hours ago that freight is soft and it could be a while. Came back to the truck and had a Pre-Plan LOL. Off to Ft Worth in the AM Be safe you all
