Got dispatched a hotload from chicago to cincinnati. Load wasn't ready so had to take a ten hour break at Mead Packaging. Left at 930 Central and arrived at 0400 for my 0500 appointment. Tight spot that door 38 is, but I got it with minimum heartache. At trenton terminal now, a lot of trucks here lucky for me I got dispatched a load out of the brewery going to eden already. Its due on the 10th I just gotta figure out whether or not I want to take a 34 here (15 hours left) or work off my sucky recap. Good week so far 1000 miles already want 2000 more.

 

Picked up an IFCO load in Henderson, NC yesterday. Stopped for the night at the TA outside Greensboro, NC. Started rolling at 2AM and just pulled into IFCO in McDonough, GA at 9AM for my appointment time. That was a drive! 7 hours straight through, no pee break, no fuel stop, nothing! Even had to detour around a bad truck wreck just outside McDonough,GA on GA20 and still made it on time. There is no way I ever thought I would make it on time. On paper it didn't look possible. I owe this one to proper trip planning. If I had tried to make it through Charlotte yesterday or came straight down I85 toward Atlanta I would have been stuck in traffic.

Oh, and my fuel light is on now!

so good week this week. when i deliver tomorrow i will have over 1700 mkles. already better than last week. cincy here i come after this ten.

 

Sitting at over 2000 miles for a good change. I delivered to Eden yesterday and got a load of glass out of Lexington headed to Albany dropped that. Now I'm in Cedar Springs GA picking up tomorrow morning and heading to Centralia Illinois for Monday delivery. Going to try and get a restart in if I can.

 

got my truck in for a B service overnight and it needed some warrantee work at the KW dealer, so I dropped it off in McDonough and am sitting at home for the weekend.

 

Started in Eden this morning. Pulled a trailer to container warehouse. Got unloaded and went down to Owens brockway in Lexington. Sat for almost six hours until they got me loaded :/

Lacking motivation after sitting all day I'm stopped in VA for the night. Will prolly stop somewhere north of Indy tomorrow. Gonna drop in Richfield Sunday. I only have 1200 for the week so far. Hoping to get a good load Sunday.

 

Live loaded in Cedar Springs GP this morning. Left and came to MT vernon I'LL for the weekend, 25 minutes from destination Monday. Going to get a desperately needed 34 hour break in. 2892 for the week.

 

2 weeks down 2 more to go before another vaca week. So far the first 2 weeks no complaints on miles what so ever. Sitting at SCA in Cherokee doing a 10 no MT in the place and the gravel lot is packed and stacked.
