stayed off here for a few days.
Been doing good on the miles recently.


The Christmas thing, guess I am staying out now instead.
Had my Hometime set for 22-26th or something.
Called Robin and told her to change it, 17-20.

Have a 5yr old at Home. I am not Crazy about Christmas myself.
Honestly it's going to be come out the same for her, we will just do an Early Christmas. At that Age I would have gone nuts for an Early Christmas.

 

Yeah, ill just take home time around the 5th of jan and be set with a little extra cash.

Got to take a break at the house today and tonite. Headed to Ohio tomorrow afternoon for a Monday furniture delivery.

You all see much ohio? It seems you guys stay mainly in texas and colorado.. Lol. I have no problem with ohio or western pa.. So yall go to stores for furniture or dcs?

 

This is a store delivery. I prefer not going to Ohio. I would run between Denver and Georgia every trip.lol

 

I delivered to our store in Holland up near Toledo. Lots of retail and restaurants there. It's great delivering to a store. Get there he night before and stay in the dock. I always recommend this. If an outside carrier gets there before you, they should unload you first but not always.

Wealways pick up our furniture loads at either the aurora warehouse or the New Albany warehouse.

 

I am picking up at New Albany and going to Holland. I will be there Sunday night

 

New one to me....Delivered to Amarilo Store this morning.

The Guy at Oak Express asked me to lower the Airbags.
I have seen on some of the trailers a dump Valve but this one didn't have that.
Emptied the Air Tank on the trailer, still didn't drop.
Called and spoke to David in New Albany...he said some don't have the dump valve.
Mentioned I could get it to lower by the leveling valve, I did that. But I won't do that again.

forgot to mention Tandems were all the way up, usually move them up with the Furniture loads.
