I know you haven't been driving that long, but that is one of the worst offenses you can commit in a commercial vehicle, better check your MVR bet the points are up there. A little advice from a veteran do the speed limit in work zones, you are not in that much of a hurry even though that is the only place Werner trucks can speed.....

Yeah it will be on there, Companies do not put incidents on your dac until you leave them. They wait because they won't do it over and over again in case you had more accidents or tickets. So when you leave every ticket, incident, accident, bad attitude with your driver manager all will go on at that time.

 

well i care more about my driving record and if is not there my insurance cost doesnt go up,not so much about dac since alot of companies know the tactic bottom feeders use to make drivers look bad and rehire them for pennies a mile

 

Elogs have nothing to do with safety. They only help keep violations down.

 

The question you should be asking is: What can I do to push this thing right on over the edge?
