Same thing happen to us, we were under a load that had plenty of time on it and would be passing thru Joplin, so when the main guy called to say we would be swapping back into a ProStar my husband asked should we come in or just wait and get routed back in, he told us "Your truck is sitting here all ready to go, just gotta stop in a swap trucks real quick". So we thought Ok shut down for the day get truck swapped and cleaned and leave out in the morning. This was on a Saturday we get to Joplin only to find out that No our truck was not ready that it was still over at International getting detailed and check out but would be ready the night or first thing in the morning. Later that night we go to truck assignment to find out status on truck and find out that no it is not done and that international is closed Sunday, the guy working couldn't understand why the guy earlier kept telling people that when International is always closed. We didn't end up getting our truck till Tuesday afternoon, was going to leave Monday and then come back when they figured it all out but was told no just wait. The truck we ended up getting wasn't even the same truck they original was going to give us, that truck was still at International waiting to get looked at. Wish they'd be alittle more organized.

Talk to your FM. Tell him you need more miles. How often are you asking to go home? are you highlighted?

Got to have 24 hrs straight off duty time once every 14 days to be legal to run in Canada. Joplin Planners/fleet managers should know that.
