This is my 1st post on this board so I'll say hell-o to start with.....Have you ever thought of running closer to home and maybe making more money....I'm not a recruiter either Joe. I just retired last from delivering fast food for McDonald's restaurants. I worked for them for 31 years, now that sort of job is very labor intensive , but the pay and benefits are awesome and you are home every night unless YOU choose to run the longer routes. But with those the pay goes up also. I'm not sure where you are but there are 21 DC's nation-wide.

Check out Bell Trucking in Shoemakersville right on 61 couple miles south of 78. They have reefers and covered wagons, run coast to coast and in-between. I worked there and have nothing bad to say about them. PM me if you have any specific questions I can help with.

Hancock and Northwestern,Berkeley Springs,Wv..36 a mile off the speedometer15.00 for each pickup and drop(can have 15 or more picks and drops) Furniture to Portland and Seattle and Apples back to Philadelphia.motel in NC while loading Motel in Cle elum Wa after getting empty boss pays half of health insurance single or familydoes not matter he pays half only 5 trucks all Peperbilt and mostly spread axle reefer trailers, paid as soon as you get back takes taxes out no 1099 stuff.fuel milage bonus works like this. each truck has a base milage if you go over that base he splits the savings in half with you.Same with your load if you have a 50 foot trailer and you bill 52 foot he splits that extra 2 feet with you.Furniture works out that way sometimes he does not want to cheat his customers but wants them to pay for what they get.If you do blanket wrap out of Indiana he pays you 200.00 extra for folding the blankets and messing with them.He expects you to know what you are doing he will not baby sit you or hold your hand. the trucks run right at 6500 miles on a round,he likes you to make 2 rounds and then take one off.If you like to run west and do not mind chaining up give him a call 304 258 4432. I dont know if he needs anyone now or not as I have not talked to him in a while.
