    Well I guess it would be like being an owner/op or lease/op w/o the truck payment, fuel, plates, insurance, etc. My boss and his wife are great Christian people and bend over backwards to help their drivers. All together we have 17 employees one big family from a small country town in northeast arkansas. We have a deer and duck camp exclusive to the company and my boss's family. What can I say I love my job!!!!

    Cool! Its probably one of the last companies that actually let their drivers "handle" the job themselves. Nobody does this anymore and most coompanies won't even let their drivers change a light bulb. Be safe!
