TMC good or bad?

Tmc good if you don't mind working hard and know how to trip plan and use log hours to the max. Bad if you are lazy and don't want to work hard Money I say average of 900 per week home just about every weekend but again that also depends on how good you plan you day to make it home on fridays

 

Is that 900 gross or take home?

 

$900 take home at average some weeks more some a little less it all depends on how well frieght is moving holidays tend to be slow

Ok thanks TruxRus, been following alot of threads on tmc and maverick trying to decide the best one to go with. Definitely not affraid to work , been working 65 to 70 hours a week for over 12 years now.

 

I am a new driver and am starting orientation on Dec. 31 just tring to get more info. I chose TMC over Maverick, and Boyd just hoping I made the right choice,also I was wondering witch pay option is more profitible % or cents per mile I would aprecieate any info thanks

 

I will be starting my cdl training in January and TMC is at the top of my list as well. Please keep us posted how orientation goes. From what I have heard and read, most go with the %. But I'm totally not the one to be commenting on that. Hopefully a current or past TMC guy will suggest what's best. Good luck!
