This is my # 1 grip with mega carriers, they will put anyone in a truck with limited training and send them down the road. Our industry is suffering from a poor perception by the public which is something we all know and as much as we try to do to change that it's not going to change as long as the big players in the game countinue to put these types of drivers in their trucks and put them on the road where they do things like this for all of the world to see.

I'm in awe at the way this driver went through that parking lot and drive through, he is obvoiusly one of those drivers who shifts 6 gears in the truck stop and and almost runs you over and doesn't any attention to their surroundings. How did they belive they could ever make that turn and most of us go slow when it's that tight and watch our mirrors to see if we're going to make it, looking up is also a practice these mega carrier drivers seem to lack.

I'm curious as to how this can possibly be the fault of management.

Well to an extent they can be at fault...for hiring such a fool to drive an 80k lb truck..

but ultimately..it's the fool behind the wheel who's at fault period...that driver shouldn't be allowed to drive any motor vehicle period..because they showed absolutely 0 common sense to commit such a dumb act.

Can someone here please help me? I am really confused who should get the blame here should it be the credit union for putting the building there should it be the company that hired the driver or the driver himself? The driver probably just got out of prison and was needing a job. The point is he tried to go straight even though he had no clue what he was doing. Then again maybe he did he was trying to rob the place! In reality I think the blames lies on the company trying to hire cheap labor. My 2 cents
