Where is everyone?

Nope, next 2 loads are all no tarps. And I've been running like them Pape trucks lately, load and tarp and deliver all in 8 hours...... #### I'm tired lol

 

Wait untill you get my age. You'll be wanting to take a nap in the middle of the day.

 

As I told my wife, "I don't take naps, I take sleeps"

She can power nap for an hour and be ready to go. But if I lay down in the middle of the day, it will be 9pm before I get up. Then I'm awake for the next 2 days lol.

I just can't nap, I'm usually up by 5:30 and in bed by 10

 

The locomotive wheels I am picking up in the morning weigh in at 34,000lbs so I can grab a little something else along the way. And whats nice is the guy has another load of em so I will be deadheading back up tomarrow evening to grab the other load also. All I will say is it pays more than enough to cover my deadhead. :smt023

If I was out in CO needing a 34, I would manage to get to a slope and rent a set of skis since I dont carry mine. Have not gone skiing out there in probably 12 years or so.

 

Looks like I'll be running on the recap, got called 3:30 cst, to head up to Flagstaff for load in am, so here I sit at Little America. Never been here before, it's nice. I think I'll be back.

 

Not much snow yet to ski on been in the 60s and 70s most of the k
last month

 

Last time I was skiing, I was in 8th grade, out grown my equipment, fell and tried to stop it with the ski pole and it snapped in half and went into my neck area, and out my right shoulder just below the clavicle and above the shoulder blade. Doctor said it missed everything vital by an inch.


Not a pretty sight.
