Did a search and dont find this anywhere so thought Id ask. I have a 2008 Volvo VNL, 14.9 L. Problem Im having is Flasher indicators on dash stop working and the marker lights in the front stop also. Code comes up to check lcm fuse and fuse will be blown. When this happens sometimes the blinkers will go out on trailer. Usually triggers when flashers are turned on or ya use a blinker. Blew a fuse once when I put it in reverse. Sometimes will blow 4 or 5 fuses a day and then will go a week with no problems. Swapped out LCM unit for a new one with no change. Also replaced all bulbs in the front, and trailer pigtail outlet. Anyone have a problem like this before? Would a appreciate any help

Ive searched and searched, but not solved yet. Found the license plate light was corroded up and not working, rewired that and replaced, but didnt stop the problem. Change the fuse for lcm 3 and all works fine, hook up to a trailer and still fine. Travel down the road, even just 4 or 5 miles, then hit flashers when coming back into yard and that fuse will blow again. Tryed different trailers and same thing, which tells me its not the trailer. Replaced end on pigtail and checked all connections back to wire harness- all look great. When fuse blows the drivers side blinker on trailer and blinker half way up (same side) dont work. And blinker indicators on dash dont either. Im stumpped, anyone have any more ideas?

i think what Pablo is saying is to follow the wiring from the back of the 7 way socket where the "curly cord"plugs in.it will run inside driver side frame rail.you will have to cut many zip ties.good luck.
