I'll do it for ya, they're ugly as Fawk and most of them look like a dam minivan that pulls a trailer, and what's with the automatics in trucks? If you can't drive a standard transmission you have no business being in a truck.

Hey if I had my choice I would have kept the old rig.An 04 379 EXHD. I perfered it but it was not up to me. Instead I ended up with a 386 with dual side mounted stacks and a host of emision control junk under the passenger step that also takes away noise. Just be lucky that you can still drive a non emission control truck for now but them days are numbered also.

You have no clue what a large car is with your short wheel base tractor skate board. I will bet my new truck measures out longer then yours and I know for a fact that your light hauling truck couldn't touch my legal weight at 105,500 lbs.

i use to pull 100,000+ when i was trash hauling all day everyday in a pete 379 and before that a that a W9 both with38,000lb rear ends and both with tri axle livefloor trailers through the landfills where at times the mud could be 2 feet deep never once did i break and axle or a rear end or even bent a friggin bumper so what we're not talking about pulling heavy or whos longer were talking about straight pipes and conventional trucks and in all honesty you have strayed this conversation way off from the original post all I asked was how to do it and make it look legal I also remember saying the last thing i wanted in the thread was the frigging cry babies that think straight pipes are evil I dont care what u think of me or my truck and I never will. go take ur plastic little wanna-be aero truck and get off my thread ur opinion is not needed nor wanted thank you have a nice day
