When my recruiter was trying to get employment checked, she mentioned running my mvr, I'd imagine you would be fine.

I'll find out my fate in about an hour, still waiting on a sign off about my small criminal past.

I ordered my DAC a few days ago per a post on the forum making recommendation to do so. I don't think I have one though because I've never driven commercially. I've read several threads on here about DAC's and other reports being jacked up, needing to be fixed.

I completely forgot to divulge a seatbelt violation I got driving on a backroad in Princeton, IN the week they were doing some kind of National Awareness ######## or something. I was advised by my instructor to contact the recruiter and have them make record of that so I called in to update my application. She did so and told me that since a seat belt violation is not a moving violation, "I had nothing to worry about". We shall see. After reading members here and truck drivers experience with recruiters, I take what they say with a grain of salt. I hope she actually did update my file and I don't get to SpringMo and then someone asks me, "Why didn't you tell us about this seat belt violation?"

 

If you've never had a job driving a commercial vehicle then your DAC report will be blank. Only trucking companies repoft to this.
