Drug testing

How many times do you intend on posting the same question? You keep getting the same answers but apparently can't read, or just don't like the answers your getting and keep trying for something different.

 

Ok, this is my take on it. You just said an hour or so ago that you just quit today. Then you said right after that, you quit for good. You havent been clean for more than 24 hours. As far as a hair folicle test, good luck my friend. They do that so they can go a little further back on the testing. CLEAN UP AND QUIT BEFORE YOU COME OUT HERE AND KILL SOMEONE WITH AN 80,000 POUND TRUCK! Just my take on the question though. If you ever have to ask the question "can i pass the drug test?" You need to stay away from a truck all together.

 

Geez they should be paying US just to post this question as many times as it comes up.

 

If you're smart you would reschedule. Find a reason and say you have to go out of state. Otherwise, you are going to fail.

Your answers to these questions are all on the internet. You cannot fool the DOT pee tests. Period. Nothing works because if they think your test was tampered with then you will most likely be disqualified anyway. You shouldn't have bought that special shampoo to begin with as you cannot wash what is inside the hair follicle by cleaning the outside.

Heed everyone's advice on here and give yourself at least 60 days for the pee test and 90 days for the hair test. Or just ignore the advice here and prove to yourself that your way is best. Post up the outcome.

I would say call the company and tell them you won't be ready to do anything until middle of Feb. at least, maybe 1st of March and reschedule accordingly.

 

I agree with Allow Me. Show yourself that you can actually quit. I read a post about a guy that went home for his time off and had take a random when he came back and he failed for cocaine. He got fired and then blamed the company saying that what he does on his off time should have nothing to do with the company. You hold a CDL therefore everything you do at anytime has to do with the company. People need to use their heads!

If you are serious about getting into this profession then treat is as such. Either you want to keep smoking that and work some other job or you want to be a professional and quit that habit without ever looking back. I've been preparing to get into this profession for over 6 months trying to get everything in order and get my finances straight. I'm still not even in training yet for another couple of weeks. This is not something you can just jump into on a whim. Not to be trite but either go big or go home.
