You are a good one because it could not be me, if he don't pay me and I still have the truck simple fix, me and the truck would come up missing, truck parts are very expensive, some chop shop don't ask for the title. Just a suggestion, use it at your own risk, I'm not reponsible for the decision you make.

HAHAHAHAHAHHA!!! You should be a stand up comic!! You are the funniest guy on here!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!
It's no wonder this industry is going backwards!! A guy comes on here and asks for advice from his peers, and some people treat him like dirt. He's in the same industry that we are in, we are no better than him.
Moujick, you did the right thing by asking for advice, it's to bad some people feel it's easier to attack you, rather than help. It's even more sad the the people who moderate this board tolerate it!! -
The company he's talking about is G.A.M.E. Trucking inc. What this driver forgot to say is that when he was a driver he did $12,000 in damages to the cars he was transporting, he stole $300 generator, $250 spare tire, $200 iphone, got American Express credit card under company name, signed as president withouth any authorization, made company owner fix his trailer with the card and wanted company owner to pay for it, signed as company owner at the DMV to release the trailer to his name, then sued the company for $15,000. The company owned him only $3,700(his pay for 2 runs). He was given $1000 towards it and balance went down to $2700. At court he was offered $2,000 and he said (NOOOOOO DEEEAAALLLL I want $15,000). Please dont ask me why because I cant figure that out either. Now please tell me what this driver deserves. P.S. He wrecked the truck trying to pass another truck on a narrow bridge on a two lane highway.

Not sayin you made this up. But how do you know? Sources?

I'm a co-owner in the company. I found the driver's posts last night on this site. A story always has two sides. I'm not an expert but as far as I know when a driver gets a ticket, isn't he/she suppose to report to the company because when he got those tickets he was still working for us. We're just being patient with this character and not sueing him for damages and fraud.
-
?? He applied for, and received an American Express card in the companies name..Forged the owners signature..or at least presented himself as the owner to not ONLY Amex, but also the DMV.?!? At the DMV he was able to transfer a trailer from the company into his name?
Then he took YOU/the company G.A.M.E to court and won a judgement against you/game? And you didn't think it relevant to mention these things along with wrecking the truck, to the judge? And you offered to pay him $2,000 ???
I want to call you complete idiots but I'm not sure if its against TTR rules, so I won't.
There has to be more to this story... -
We didnt show up to court because i knew he wasn't getting a penny from us but we felt sorry for the guy afterwards and wanted to throw a bone at his face.
-
Ok? If what you say is even partially true, I would have put him in jail. He can live the American dream behind several locked doors.
i still have to believe there is more to this..A company won't stay in business long allowing their people to steal from them.
Good luck -
Is it just me or is this story getting weirder by the minute?
bullhaulerswife Thanks this. -
No it's not just you.
