O/O do not lie driver

It's not uncommon for a carrier to exploit an immigrant. Happens at my house all the time, nuff said.

Don't know the story but do know this much.....If the driver opened an AMEX account with a forged signature ( in co. name ) then all charges are moot and AMEX will have a problem with the driver....a big problem. The co. owes nothing.

Mr.Carrier: If you admittedly owe the guy $2700 then pay the guy. If he stole from you then call the law and report it. Be my guess he's holding your property to get his money. If he had an at fault wreck then he owes you the standard $1000 deductible. Take it from his check and show him why and end your relationship.

I think there's more here, just can't see it.

I really can't see anyone having mercy on a driver if they did all of the above.

Sounds...fishy.

And like it was said earlier,there's 2 sides to every story.

 

He was offered $2000 which is minus the stuff he took but he didnt want it. Nobody is exploiting an immigrant, we're all immigrants here.

Sooo, you didn't show up for court?? Guess what, he wins a judgement by default. You may have been feeling generous and feeling sorry for the poor immigrant..but he took you to school with our legal system..

I don't believe any honest business would simply "not show up" to court and defend themselves.. Especially after so much damage to property, theft and misrepresentation..

Lies lies and bs from both parties!!

Everybody wants something more than they deserve from employees or employers!! I am so tired of the I DESERVE mentality of employees or you OWE me from employers..

You both got what you deserve from each other! A little bit of something, and whole lot of nothing!! I hope you each lose sleep over it!!!
