If anyone ever talked to me the way this boss apparently talks to his employees would only do it once. After that he'd be wearing a helmet and get coloring books for Christmas the rest of his life.

Well I am a driver and I DO work for them.

I can answer any questions honestly and factually with out all the drama and none sense.

There is some validity to the yelling and cursing. But the majority of the BS was brought on by the incompetent driver themselves. If you guys knew what I know and have seen what drivers have done and still have a job here, you would be scratching your head. Not saying this place isnt with out its issues. But from what I have seen, it usually started with the driver screwing something up or doing something they know they should not have been doing.

As a driver you are in control of what you do. You have the final say. If something isnt right and you dont feel comfortable with it then dont do it. It really is that simple. To continue down a path you know is wrong, then succumb to the path you have chosen, and then to complain and point the blame on someone else? Be a man and take responsibility for your own actions.

If its as bad as these cry babies are saying, then how is it that I have managed to survive and not fall 'victim' to everything they claim?
