Does Swift have lady trainers?

They do have women but you really might have to wait. I went with a male and we have our moments but we are on a learning curve of each of our quirks. I was not picky except for the smoking thing. And I had met my mentor a day before orientation ended.

 

i had a lady trainer. we got along good but man, when her blood pressure rose. look out. and that happened a lot.

i didn't stick it out and went to another company. but 13 years later. i wouldn't have had it any other way. my next team driver was a guy and that was the worst 6 months of my life. solo ever since.

 

Whats all this stuff about having to wait for a trainer? I got coded last week but I opened my stupid mouth and told them I needed a couple days back home to get my stuff. I haven't heard back since. Any advice??

 

i didnt know you got to pick and choose trainers wow.

 

I'd call them everyday until you got on a truck. There are female mentors, just few and far between.

 

not really pick and choose just tell them your preference for smoking and non smoking. And they ask you male or female. But if you do say you want the same sex trainer you have to say why you are opposed to the opposite sex as a trainer.

 

Only male or female and smoking our none smoking and you must explain why
