law suit

are you a crst driver?????

one time i inquired into them. they told me 2 years OTR.

 

Applied to CRST about 6 months ago and was told I would have to sign a contract to drive for 8 months or they would charge me for driving for them. Told them no thanks. Received the lawsuit notice a couple of days ago. Also went to Werner's orientation a while back and decided that it wasn't for me. About a month later I received a class action notice from them.

 

My son applied to CRST a year or so ago, he just received one of the letters He called the number and they said his part of the class action was 211.00. I told for two hundred bucks don't get involved

 

i have gotten class action letters 2 seperate times and did not have 2 do anything and still recvd a check both times

 

I got one. They said I would collect $200. The law suit is for the improper use of our credit reports that were pulled by crst for everyone after 2009. Im not going to bother with this. My credit is fine. I really don't want to be involved with any of it. Crst paid me everything they owed me. Paychecks and all that. So why try and take from them? Like I said my personal credit score has not been harmed. Im at 700 mark.

 

The 200 dollar one isn't important. The one that is is Smith V CRST. It relieves all contract students from their 8 month obligation to the company as well as frees them up to be hired elsewhere. Google Smith V CRST and see if you qualify...
