Seeking information as to where Celadon operates. Does its drivers enter , for pick up and/or delivery, into Canada and/or Mexico? Just Curious. Are they another member of the unit that trains new drivers?![]()

They do not train new drivers.
They do run Canada.
They do not run Mexico, they have a separate company (Jaguar) for that.Menehune Thanks this. -
We've just started a new driver school

I just heard about that. Can you tell us more about the program? I heard it is out of Indianapolis after listening to a trucking podcast. The recruiter was touting that they have "guaranteed placement" prior to attending the schooling because they do an extensive pre qualification of prospective drivers prior to attending. He was also going on about no issues with bad credit. They don't even check credit he said.

It is out of Indianapolis, at the corporate campus. That's all I've heard at the moment. They're working on a new building for the school that will have dorms
Backwater13 Thanks this. -
Are Celadon company drivers required to go into Canada? Thinking about Celadon, hate border crossings. Thanks guys.
-
If you can go, they will get you set up with a passport card and everything. If you're able to go, that would be preferred, but it's not required. Border crossings aren't that bad, really....except in Detroit. lol But in like Buffalo, Alexandria Bay, Champlain, they're not so bad.

they do run within Canada as well and have office in Bolton,ON .. Guess its the same one
