I would think that your best bet is to go with a local company for 2-3 years until it gets sidelined on your DAC.
Probably a better move than going with a mega fleet anyways.
Am I screwed??

Hire a lawyer if it's not to late, try to have 2 of them tossed out and have the last one reduced. I'm pretty sure 3 tickets in a year and you lose your licence
-
actually fed ex doesnt report to dac so thats not an issue
-
Go to court. That way you can get it removed off your MVR even if it's still on your DAC. For example, I was hauling a wide load through Delaware and the exhaust pipe on the machine hit the traffic light. The State trooper wrote the ticket as fleeing the seen of a accident. Then had to explain it to the judge. Anyway after having it tossed out or not on driving record you will be able to explain it the way you want. All I was asked is what is on my dac

FedEx does report to DAC,they will put something on there even if it's just a note saying you worked there.

I already had my humbling experience. I got booted from Werner for crashing into too many yellow poles. I had no job for two weeks and I honestly thought my trucking career was over. I've been sober for 6 months now and everything is going fine sine I GOAL and am careful. Thanks for the wise words of no meaning.

So from this I can reasonably guess you weren't sober before? Like while you were driving for Werner? And yet you DARE to sit in judgement over the rest of us?
BossOutlaww88, I've got better than a decade in this field, and can gauranteed more miles in REVERSE than you have total between your personal vehicle and commercial vehicle. Let me give you a quick tip....ain't nobody perfect. Not even you. You wanna point fingers at drivers who have been operating big trucks while you were still pooping your diapers, find somewhere else to do it!Ben Gunn Thanks this. -

Do not pay that ticket. Go to court plead not guilty find an attorney. Figure out which offense will cause you the least amount of damage and go from there. If you honestly did not know you hit the other vehicle you may not have technically committed any of these offenses. This is why you must consult with an attorney who is licensed in the state where the ticket was issued.

OOOH! Yeah! I do love when truck drivers have a d*c* measuring contest in the parking lot... Especially when one of them has a whole year of expertise.
