depending on your gps can getcha in some hot water. not sure i agree with the whole "criminal mischief" charge, but i guess they couldnt find a way to charge him with "criminally stupid".

I dont care what my GPS said,. if I saw something like that, there is no way I would attempt to cross it. How can someone be so incompetent? Thats just being too lazy to take an alternate route, taking a needless chance, and well,.. stupid. Makes me angry to think we have drivers who would do something like that on purpose.

Also from what i read on some motorcycling boards, Gps's are sending drivers on US 129 in Tennessee and North Carolina. a truck restricted route. Very twisty and curvey. Check it out.
