Another question: We live near Atlanta and want to stay. Is this a good location to operate? What lanes from Atlanta are good?

Hotlanta to Chicago is usually good. I have ran from Chicago to the East and then down to Atlanta and back up to Chicago plenty of times pulling flatbed and reefer. Nice little triangle of freight right there.

Certainly plenty of coca cola going out. I'm around the area usually once or twice a month for various loads.

Strategically, you live in a good area. Atlanta is a hub for east/west, north/south freight lanes. Depending on the type of equipment you have, you should not have to deadhead more than 100 miles in any direction to find a load.

I figured as much. With 20, 75 and 85 going through town, we can go pretty much any direction.
