sitting in saginaw,tx.waiting to unload.schedual;unload at 500,drive 118 miles to load at 1400 drive to new haven ms to unload at awg on 12/24 at 0500,drive to wal-mart in new albany,ms for 2nd drop at 1500 on 12/24...who scheduals this stuff?going to have to pull a rabit out of my hat on this one.unload and load 10 hrs apart/drop 1st then 2nd 10 hrs apart at wal-mart.go figure..did i mention i was 2 1/2 hrs out so my clock started at 0130

 

No, just going home for Christmas. I am contracted to Navistar and do their truck show movements and Engineering Division road testing. Right now I am road testing a new Work Star vehicle. Im flying back on Wednesday to pick up the vehicle and take it home to Texas for a week or two of city driving. They are doing a new transmission computer test. So far it is working well.

 

We could use on of those to chase around drivers who leave bad trailers at shippers. That would be great, Merry Christmas everyone.

Just got unloaded in McCook, NE. Deadheading to Grand Island, then off to San Antonio for a 0700 delivery on the 24th.

 

Someone put a last.minute load on me last night from enterprise, al to dawsonville, ga. I Been here since 11 washed trailer out myself, bad address was actually in different city 15 miles away and no info on reefer. Here i sit for over 6 hours to drive home for 285 miles. This sucks. Broker's blahh blahh blahh, dis iz sum buell ####. I am so ready to deadhead home myself. This is not economical at all. I look like grizzly Adam s i waited to get haircut and massage. Its been two months. I got alot to do because i was hinted i was going hoe when i got prior last load 4 days ago.
