Man today's not my day in gary again got to the cons and get backed into a door and just as imma bout fall asleep I hear CRUNCH a guy backed in to me I hit the air horn he stops pulls forward a lil bit then backs up some more I was pissed

Told to dead head home 400 miles, dont have the hours to make it home. So i will sit for 10 and head out in the morning. At oak Creek wi pilot

My load i had to deliver today had a appointment according to my qualcomm message. i get there talk to the shipper tell him i have two coils for him. his response was and no appointment thats the third time this week Roehl has done that to us. Needless to say the load is now sitting in oak creek drop yard and iam hooked to a stepdeck to take home.

The appointment is set for Wednesday next week, i had to laugh it was funny.

 

I swear they read these forums the plan just changed now iam getting paid up to saint paul park dropping this stepdeck and grabbing a flat there to take home.

 

So I got a preplan this morning to relay out of Bensalem at 20:00 to deliver in East Hartford at 01:00. Now I've thought about it for a spell. Seems like an odd delivery time I am really hoping this is not a reefer load.

 

It might be.


I'm thinking about going back to van/reefer if I can't get this flatbed mess sorted out.

 

I don't like reefer because of the many middle of the night deliveries and how often you have to deal with lumpers and the inspectors. I'll take it to get home but wouldn't do it regularly. Been there done that.
