Fired the dispatcher i got T number help

    Hi i let goof my dispatcher for being a prick. Can someone tell me step by step the process
    after i book the load with ch Robinson?like check ins and after the the load is delivered do i need to call ch?
    Also my dispatcher told me not to call his contacts because of chicago politics they may cancel my t number could that really happen?

    CH Robinson usually gives you instructions to go by as calling in for picking up a load, in route calls, and delivery calls.

    Ricky, no... he's FOS. You deal directly with CHR by calling in, giving your t-number and reporting your status.

    Check Their load board, call the rep on the load and give them the load#, and negotiate your rate. Don't worry about politics as they will work with you as long as you have a T#. Don't be afraid to ask for $2.00 per mi. or more. You may not get that from seasonal areas like FL,CA,TX, etc unless it's at peak season but ask for a lot more to go there. Good Luck!
