After Dallas, went to Amarillo and finally enjoyed The Big Texan, had the 18oz 1/4 the size of the 72 oz free steak just to see if I could do it. Won't be trying the challenge anytime soon.![]()
Then went from there up to Wheatland, WY yesterday, and am in Casper, WY right now. Had to do some net work, so gonna refuel and head over to the receiver's for an early morning drop...then sit for the holiday until Wednesday.
Glad we made it though the Mayan Apocalypse intact, and wishing you all a Merry Christmas till I can get back on line, maybe tomorrow...we'll see.
Where is everyone?

Picked a few things up at the machine shop Thursday PM, and built this (Mildly built, bored, cammed and ported LM7)
Then made this, as well as one more that is a spacer (4L60E bell housing to ZF4HP24 transmission)
Range Rover awaiting a new heart.
This particular swap has not been done before, so breaking new ground and headaches with this one. The original motor was based on an old Buick all aluminum 215 V8, so a little lethargic even when built.
Needless to say, I am at home
