You don't understand my comment? I meant "ouch, your first trip out with a new company and that was what the weather was like? what a way to start a new job!" the second half was a joke about what a new company might ask a new driver they didn't know heading out on his first trip in that type of weather.

I ran donner on a regular basis several years ago. I got so sick of chaining that finally when I saw the sign go up I'd turn around and go to the casino and wait it out. Usually wasn't long.
