if it gets too high there is a red light that will come on. I've noticed it will read higher in the winter and getting fuel from the terminals seems to jack that number up on the gauge even faster. I wouldn't worry about it until it gets up around 8 or you can feel a loss in power under load

I mix up between getting fuel at the terminal and at truck stops. I was thinking possibly it being so cold that might of had something to do with it. Also I hardly ever idle at night however I warm the truck atleast 30 minutes before heading out in the am when it's really cold. How cold does if have to be before the fuel starts to gel? Got home last night. I deliver in the morning at Summit in Earth City. Hopefully I come right back home after delivering so I can spend Christmas with the family and not go back out till wedensday morning.

Fixing to leave to go to my final stop here in about 30 minutes. I've been here for about 18 hours and I must say one annoying thing about this truck is that when. It sits for any period over 12 hours, every two hoours it wants me to get up and start it. Sucks when trying to sleep, I barely have any electronics going. Just bluetooth, and phone chargers. Will start truck daily while at homee to try and prevent it being dead on me when I come back.

Yeah. The truck does not have alot of stored energy to use for very long. The darn refrig is the main thing running it down.

You should'nt have to worry too much about starting the truck several times while your tryin to sleep. It has self protection to conserve enough battery power to get you started in the morning. I might get up once during the night and idle for 5 mins. then shut it down and in the morning there is plenty of power to start it up.

    Don't think so. I agree with L.B.
From my understanding, the meter measures the pressure difference between the input side and the outputside of the filter which will indicate the filter becoming dirty if the difference rises. It may be possible that the fuel is thickening a bit due to the cold weather and causing the meter to rise.

Like LB said 3-4 is not a problem. I would watch that reading and see if it decreases as you move south or if the weather warms up. Make sure you are using the fuel treatment fluid as required when the temps drop.

You probably need a couple of new battries, mine was doing the same thing with the alarm going off a couple of times durning the night untill a b service when I had 2 new battries put in, No issues since. Had to jump my truck twice comming off home time which was no big deal, My little colorado jumped it. For your hometime turn off your fridge and try starting it atleast once a day while your home. Good luck And Happy Xmas
