I was approved for Mav on Friday,rec Paul says they want me on Dec30,
any tips,and will they give me plenty of securement training...I cant send a priv messege

if you don't have fat bed experience they will give you the orientation then after that you get securement training. All of the training is paid at $550 a week. At least that is what the recruiter I spoke to told me. Her name was Monica Porter.
I specifically asked about this. I know they paid for the orientation but I wasn't sure if they paid for the securment training and I am in n position to take a week unpaid

 

You can email or YIM me if you want since you can't PM yet. They will teach you everything you need to know and pay you while they do it. When you get a truck you will have a list of phone numbers to call and a load securement book with info and diagrams. There will be other mavs where you load at most times. Most of us will be more than glad to help you. If you have questions or need help just ask one of us.
