They are forced dispatch, even for O/O. They assign you to a terminal depending on the experience you have. Some of the terminals make good money, like Tulsa or SLC. My buddies were in the Memphis and Seguin,Tx.

Hope ya have better luck than I did!

Was predominently an oilfield hauler and d/h from Las Vegas, Nv. to Gainsville,Tx. to orientation. After orientation they d/h me to Odessa, Tx. where I sat another couple days and loaded for a drill-rig outside of Roosevelt, Ut......d/h to SLC where I sat again for a few days.
QUIT and d/h back home to Vegas.

In retrospect I believe it was because I was pulling my own trailer (s/d) and wasn't interested in renting one of theirs.
Since then I've pulled a couple brokered loads from them, but the rates wern't great...fair but not great.
Might be a fine company but ya couldn't prove it by me.

Maybe things have changed since then or I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time? I kinda doubt it tho.

    Good luck!

Well i nlooked into them a few years ago, All forced dispatch company drivers over O/O, have to use there trailer. When i went to Memphis to talk to the terminal manager he told me dead out you go where we tell you the customer loads the truck! basicly your a glorified company driver.
But thats my opinion. Good luck and choose wiseley

Thanks twolane for reminding me. My buddy out of their Memphis terminal sits at least 3 days a week waiting for a load. He normally runs between Louisville and Dallas. The thing is, when he empties, he sits for a day or so, then they deadhead him. That forced dispatch stuff wont hack it unless I am guaranteed a minimum of $10grand a week to the bank (not to the truck). He's an O/O whose making less a week than I did as a company driver.

    twolane and SHC Thank this.

Depends on your setup, if you have a big trl. call the Salt Lake term..
I know a couple of guys there and they are very happy. Had another person I know worked out of Tx. and he went broke
