I know it might be a little early to post something about a company after only 28 days but my father and I have been over here at Western Flyer Express as a team and we have put 30,000 miles on this truck. The actual miles and paid miles are not that much different a lot companies pay by household good miles. Not here there is less then a 5% difference if that much from the paid miles and ran miles. I couldn't be happier. Health insurance is good. Not expensive and there is a 0 deductible. We have hit a dock 3 times since we have been here. Dispatchers are good they communicate with you. I don't see myself going anywhere else's if they keep up the good work.

Wow. Sounds pretty good, what kind of truck are you running? Elogs? How's safety to deal with? Lots of drop and hook no doubt. Who brought you in? Gayle or Karen? Another driver? 62?65?68? Cent per mile? Where do you live? Running lanes? Thanks and keep up the good Truckin!
-
Wow Blanche know's everybody. I remember Gayle from when I applied 3 years ago.
Daniel.trawick Thanks this. -
You drive there at all? I've been watching em real close the last few years and it's kind of mixed.... Have an associate that was driving for them but haven't heard from him in 3-4 months now. Drove by freight shaker dealership in okc and they are buying Cascadias like egg rolls in Chinatown.

No I was accepted but their pay was way too low. They also didn't have the nice equipment they have today.
-
Yeah, I hear ya on that one.... They were running alot of junk for years but looks like their trying to clean things up finally. I was really interested in their flatbed side but didn't like their non committal ways. Take care!

Gayle brought me in. We have a lot of drop lots across the country. We have a lot of drop and hook freight . I have bee above I-40 once. We do a lot of interstate 10,20,30,40,8. They do run all 48 though. I am in a 2013 Cascadia with a 10 sod 455 dd15 Detroit with 323 rears. We make 42 right now. We are governed out at 65. If choose to round 68mph you get 40 and if ya choose 60 you get 44cpm. Starting out. Safety is really good to work with. The dispatchers are awesome. I live in Morristown Tn just past the 40/81 split.
Blanche Thanks this. -
Sounds like good stuff and glad you are doing well there! What do they run there? Qualcomm or peoplenet? Comdata or? Do much SoCal? Atlanta? Have they got much for driver amenities there in OKC? Paper or Elogs? Thanks and keep on Truckin!
