Standing Coil - wet on bottom

Before they wrote on BOL I would've had them inspect it, then and there or left it on truck and took it back to where I got it.
I had an a/c one time receiver wanted to try that with I wouldn't let them unload it unless it was acceptable.
I know how the game would go the driver would eat the freight and take the screwing and everyone else would be happy.
I took pictures of a tarp required load yesterday that was stored outside. Another suggestion is to scan BOl in pc and remove offensive words with
MS paint program.
