Superior Carriers 2012

Please forgive me if I sound ignorant or uninformed -- because basically, I am. DH is interested in applying to Superior and we're trying to decide if it might be a good fit for him.


Everything you guys have discussed sounds pretty good. I see that they have a terminal in Springfield, MA -- we're in Southeast CT, so I think that's doable for him.


I guess it all comes down to one single point. We have no problem with him being on the road and away from home throughout the week. But he MUST be home on weekends -- that's the ONLY time he has visitation with his kids.


Do you believe this to be workable with Superior's requirements? If so, I'll get his application in right away. Otherwise, I'll keep looking -- your suggestions are welcome!

Was Monica and her dog Lola there? I used to go there a few times a week when I worked out of our Commerce terminal. She is a fun girl. We used to play gin while they washed my trailer and she still owes me $21.00. I worked her every time.

 

Yes. She is a sweatheart. I know more about her than her boyfriend did.

 

The next time you get to LA Wash, send me a note. I will take you out to eat. I'm done by 3pm every day. I will even tell Monica to go with us.

 

Works for me as I have to drop off my month end paperwork at the Commerce yard. Let me know.

Ended up deadheading over to sulphur and loading for Burlington, ON to deliver Thursday. No complaints, I've been wanting some all dressed flavor potato chips lately.
