I love how Swifts training program is so good that th best way to learn what/when we get paid for things is from random people on he Internet.

Since we're on the subject, everyone know about cleating, de-cleating pay ... $15, it's on the same macro as load/unload pay.

    inkeper Thanks this.

Seriously? This is the first I've heard of it. I had no idea there is a macro for all this stuff.

I have also been paid for cleating and un-cleating. Even when it is customer unload. I just get back in the trailer and help out. Pick up a claw bar and start to also pull nails. had one customer the other day that even got back into the trailer with me and helped me sweep out. He told me that it was their job to sweep. Of course I helped out with them pulling out nails, and that went along way with the customer. A driver that was willing to get in the trailer with them and help. I have found that this helps at many of our customers.

Now as far as moving trailers, never been paid that as an L/O. We even have one customer in Lewisburg, TX, right in the instructions it says must remove our loaded trailer from the door and place out mt in there. Not true. Normally drop in a open door or up in the mt trailer area. Allcatel/Lucent
