thats what i signed up for lax to nogales az i told ben the recruiter in carson that i wanted 3 flips a week he said ok..then he says maybe san francisco also..then a dispatcher there tells me i may have to go to portland and did i mind chaining up as you can see things have changed quite a bit from when i talked to amber thats a red flag for me also for what its worth i was talking to a team from ky they had been waiting on a load for 3 days another thing is a dispatcher has 4 trucks running out of lax and there all team trucks maybe thats the reason the other team had sat for so long..they tried giving me a hard time for running my own plate ifta and insurance but anyway i have until thursday to make a decision..good luck to you

well I am not sure what i am going to do it feels off to me . they dispatch the way they want so you know that the dispatcher with 4 trucks will always be running . I dont know what to do . They asked me the same thing about fricso and chaining . I dont want to chain and i dont realy want to go to portland but nogales thing sounds ok to me . they told you thursday ?

Been with them almost 3 months out of lax. I run team, seems to be a fair amount of waiting after you drop your load depending what time you get there "there loads go out at night". I haven't had any pay issues and they pay detention and other amounts for sitting without much fuss. I've done the containers to nogales a few times , quick turns and weights vary have had 6900lbs-41000lbs containers. There trailers are in mostly good shape haven't had any problems with a van yet and they avg under 17k lbs. Containers are what they are, generally in pretty rough shape on the tires. Been getting 4.5k plus miles, would like more but with the holidays and what not everything seems a bit haywire, we will see how things go now. I get home on fri and generally go out sat /sun. Hope this helps if anyone else is around would be happy to hear your experiences.
