There is a good reason why invert tank farms are bermed in with liners and geo. prairie boy is correct, it's not nice stuff.

They frac with oil. They did that long before they used water. It's form of diesel fuel. I love hauling invert or oil. It doesn't freeze! And it's always gravy work. No mindless water hauls back and forth from a pit or creek or whatever. Oil is where it's at! And with access to water becoming more of a problem you can expect to see more oil and gas fracs. Fracing with propane is crazy stuff though. We can do with less of that!

Back in my Vac Trucking days, had to go to rig to transfer Invert. Job was all fine and dandy until that transfer was done, the rig needed there Invert tank cleaned out then. Well not knowing what Invert was or handling it before, well what a dirty and stinky fluid to be dealing with in a rig tank. Coveralls, boots and clothes underneath were garbage after that job!!!
