Wel update on trl R00049. To get it legal: lic. plate light replaced, brakes adjusted, 6 tires replaced and after all that DOT inspection with a pass. Will post total cost after all that is done. Sure would be nice if the driver that drop the trl would have done his/her job. The trl should have never left the Denver yard.

Picked up the load today, was ready early.

Delivers 30 miles from Home on the 3rd. It was only 330 miles too.
Not Happy with the load but I'm Home now. So whatever.

Another update on trl R00049. After T/A did he repairs trl still failed DOT inspection. It now has to go to a trl repair shop for more extensive repairs. Trl should have been decomissioned. Now after I get unloaded I will need to drop the trl at what ever shop they tell me. Then I am without a trl to get another load. Not sure if I am to wait for trl to get repairs done or if I and going to be sent to a already preloaded load or to get another empty trl some where. 1st trip of the year and only 800 or so miles right now.

They keep sending out msgs saying they have the new insurance cards and that your fm will fax it to you ASAP. Guess ASAP isn't that fast anymore. Lol. I'm empty now. Sitting at a truck stop waiting for them to tell me where to take this trl to get fixed. I hope it doesn't take long. Already been a hours and only have 8 left in my 14.

Repowered a load from the hard the Cheyenne. Picked the trailer up with a flat tire and an air leak. Hoped it was just the cold causing the leak. Made my delivery this morning and I still had a nasty leak. Took it over to the TA in Cheyenne. Replaced all 4 brake lines on the tandems. Had them lube it as we'll. I'm suppose to pick up potatoes in La Grange, WY and head to Houston by 0500 on Friday morning. Looks like I will be rolling early early days. Hopefully I can get there on time.
