I didn't understand the basis of it partly because you write like a 12 year old. I included your various posts, just to prove I reread everything.

Your story doesn't match up. If you weren't there to shop, or park ... etc. , then WTF were you doing there to begin with? I've been driving for 33 years, and when I stop, there's a reason for it.

"I'm going to pull in a Wal-Mart parking lot because I need a safe place to stand for 5 minutes."

You're right, the other reason I do not understand the basis of it, is because, well, there really isn't one.

    Out.

I called OHIO Public Service Commission.....they said that the PUCO# for this towing joint is: 148228 and is registered to: Al's Tow & Recovery....Eaton, OH ....the 3 axle truck has a name on the cab "Lewisburg Services Charter" ....this may be a joint operation of two individual businesses .....although Lewisburg did have a number displayed on the cab but PUCO in Ohio does not have any number attached to this name.....strange!

Just park across the street at Kmart. I live in the area of Eaton, Ohio and Kmart has never caused truckers any problems yet.

I don't understand the five minute stop at walmart anyways. Was it awkward parking by the store manager and tow truck driver
