We'll hijack another day. Werner, much like any company with high turnover is going to have a high CSA score. Retaining good drivers is going to be more important than ever, or until the next change in KPI's for the DOT. When a company announces they are about to go over a threshhold it puts good drivers in a nice bargaining position. You now have leverage and since they've even done the favor of showing you where you rank in the company CSAwise you should ask for a raise. A bonus would be nice, but a raise is forever. Take advantage of the situation if you are a top performer and ask for more. Use their statistics against them, show them how you go above and beyond and think maybe its time you get shown that appreciation.

This is why the system is in a lot of legal trouble right now... The fact is that the larger carriers are automatically in trouble as their trucks are all over the place an they will have more inspections to get the information from.. HORRIBLE hillbilly carriers with few if any inspections will ALWAYS have a fantastic CSA score because they are just not apt to get inspected hardly at all.

This is the one where the driver thought he was turning into the truck entrance I think.

Actually, this is why the scores are further separated by the number of inspections your company has undergone. That way you are compared with other companies that have undergone a similar number of inspections. And, until you have at least a certain number of inspections, your company doesn't have scores listed at all.

Werner is a secret cult society. When you get that funny little pill in with your paystub envelope telling you to take it at such and such date and time, then I would be concerned! :)
