Those bumper pulls exceed the weight limit of the hitch, towing vehicle, tow bar, probably the first towed vehicle and the safety chain ratings There is so much wrong there that a Bear wouldn't know where to start.

The idea with the paper is that's the "critical" area on the windshield.
That area CANNOT have any cracks or chips in it.
If it does, you must replace the windshield. Your not supposed to even do a repair in that space.
Trick that was shown to me by a window guy.DrtyDiesel Thanks this. -
That's pretty cool, ill keep it in mind. Thanks man

#3 covers cracks and chips.
And it has three exceptions.
So if it's a single crack you are good. If there are two or more cracks touching each other than you are no good. Such as it spidering out.
You can always put a bigger steering wheel in there, lol.
The rest of that regulation is devices and stickers which is the line of sight deal outside the wiper area.Scalemaster Thanks this. -
No spidering. Just one wide crack
-
You're good or the crack is!
DrtyDiesel Thanks this. -
Where did he go?
-
Is that crack the real deal?
