Was the replacement clutch a new unit or a rebuilt unit? Was the flywheel resurfaced when the clutch was replaced? Is the clutch losing free travel or gaining free travel when it needs to be readjusted?

Sounds like you're speaking more of the input shaft.

Could be wearing in. How many adjustments have you done since replacement? You might check your trans mounting bolts, they could be backing out causing loss of free travel.

well do you use the clutch.....are you slipping it to much. are you adjusting it correctly meaning proper toe play. does the clutch brake work correctly( if you replaced the clutch and the linkage was not adjust correct and you adjust it to get the toe play your clutch is still out of adjustment. 8 months it should be broke in already.

I took mine to Petro to get adjusted and the mechanics there was just as dumb as I was THERE IS NO CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT ON MINE realized a few months later the servo had a air leak. Moral of the story be very careful where you take it
