Same here. Only when it gets cold and then warms back up. The windshield is pretty bad. And even the section between the cab and sleeper gets a pretty good shower some days.

 

I wonder how much money is wasted keeping trailers in service instead out of service instead of out of shops repeating same issue with exact trailer such as tandems wont slide or handle don't pull. Id rather roll than sit at a TA here we go first trip out and snafu already.

 

Anyone confirm we are officially salary now?

 

I was told they were looking into it still. If they did do it they were going to make it a choice to take it or keep the plan you were already under. Because if they made it an across the board change they'd lose a lot of drivers.

 

From what I have heard, a lot of drivers that were planning on quitting, when hearing of the guaranteed pay, have decided to stay. It's a good thing as long as it benefits the driver and the company. Coming from Don, I see no reason it won't benefit both.

 

Guess it all depends on what your making. But Don has told me IF they offer it it will be by choice.

General Mills stuff it's only 14 pallets going to US Foods in Englewood delivers on the 7th. Supposed to let me drop it in Aurora

 

I have never had those issues with my truck but just had a new windshield installed yesterday and curious to see how that goes.

 

My understanding is that it is a guarantee weekly pay but we get paid for miles over guarantee. You get guranteed minimum miles which several companies offer and is good incentive for drivers to stay. If its anything but that its not a good plan

 

I have a load out of DeQueen tomorrow with Monday mornin.g delivery in Denver. My first load since the 21st. Long holiday but earned everyday by staying out to accumilate it.
