Upgrade to Solo Question

Upgrade class starts on Mondays. Paid if company...$300 credit from success leasing if leasing. Hotel and meals paid during upgrade classes. SIM is easy. Only
Lasts about 10 minutes at most. You can GOAL. They give you bonus points if youget out of your SIM and walk over and GOAL using the extrnal computer monitors.You wont have any issues with SIM.

 

Wrong... not paid if company. You are provided with a room, and meal cards during upgrade.

ChuckT is absolutely correct, you're only paid if the wheels are turning Sly. They will cover meals and the room... pretty much the same deal as when you were in orientation, except no one else in the room with you.

 

Thats between you and your FM.

At a minimum he will approve the purchase of the items needed for dispatch from the company store. He can break up those payments.

However, any other pay advances are at his discretion. He may limit you to that which is approved for your dispatched load. Using my current load as an example at 638 miles, I can take the auto approved $19 without asking my FM for an increase.

 

Your FM should be willing to help you out some... but its up to him. The advance would be against your first positive settlement.

 

My question, Sly, is where were you all this time you were off your trainers truck? If you went home, you are SOL. If you were at Sprimo and available for dispatch then you should be getting your $600 a week.

 

If you read carefully, he is (as of today the 4th) and has been at home since the 16th.
