Not wanting to ruin the good thing for the drivers that have been at FRE for a few years but here is my input. The drivers that have been here 3 pr more years get way more pay then any other driver. $25.00 per stop not extra, layover for any time they wait, breakdown pay, even vacation pay. I can see them not wanting to loss that. I wouldn't either but here is what I get right now. No layover pay, no breakdown pay, no vacation pay. Only $10.00 per extra stop. So to my the guarantee pay would do me better as I would get paid for the 5-10 hours I set in a shop getting a trl fixed some other moron dropped off. Sitting and waiting on the plainers to get their heads out their as. I don't see how they can take away the extra stop deal but I will ask that question and voice my oppinion on not to stop extra stop pay. I really don't care if we get that pay or not. I just want to get paid for the job that I do. But what FRE has here is the old drivers get a steak while the new drivers get the scraps. All I want is to be fair across the board.

Ok, asked about the stop pay. That will not be taken away with the guarantee pay.

I think some of you are looking beyond 2300 miles with no guarantee of more and willing to give up concessions.
You should all go tell management that you want the same concessions the older drivers get. It is a fair request. I know most of these older drivers are no better at the job than most that havent been around as long and I believe it is demoralizing to not be treated as equals especially when some want to rub it in your face. Dont give up crap,go ask for equal concessions.

Come on Holycow you arent an Efon groupie now! lol
But truthfully I think some on here are YES men. They fall in line with ideas because someone in management said it was good. I have no disrespect for anyones opinion but I dont care about borrowed opinions.
There is not one driver on here that I disrespect or dislike but debate and disagreeing is healthy among us in dealing with these issues because it affects us all.
Not meaning any disrespect but what Don says or Bill says means nothing to me until I see the plan laid out in front of me. Dont tell me its good because so and so told you it was

Its called seniority it is a part of every job the longer your there the better you get paid. I don't think older drivers should get screwed out of what they earned. Their pay was based on experience and that shouldn't be held against them when new drivers come in. Like I said it should be offered as a choice. Either stay with the pay plan you have now or take the new one. But it shouldn't be forced.

Freight must be slow 5 days for 1200 miles almost 24 hours between both loads. I should have stayed home longer.
