It all depends. I only got stuck overnight once due to weather in the month that I was there, and that was on a trip through NE to OR, when Draco hit. I averaged right around $450/week, little bit less. After orientation, it took until the following Monday for my trainer to get routed back to Caseyville. If that happens with you, make sure you have enough reserve cash to live on. They'll keep paying for the hotel, but there is no pay while waiting for the trainer.
Don't be late, we had one guy get let go on the third day for lateness. -
Also, my driving career has been put on hold. I came home for Christmas while my trainer chose to stay on the road. Then it took them 2 weeks to find a route back near here. Unfortunately, 2 weeks of no pay means I can't afford to even go back out on the truck...I will try again at some point in the future though. I loved being on the road.

I understand. If you are late to orientation, good chance that they will be late with pickups and deliveries. -
Sure hope I see alot of the NW. Been along time since I've seen WA, OR, and CA.

Cool. When I drove for them in 2002, I was always south of San Jose all of the time. Saw alot of the LA area too. I like the drive up to Washington. Do you see Nebraska any?
-
I saw NE twice in two weeks. Sacramento once, Portland once, NJ twice, and Yuma/Holtville once.

Forgot about the Yuma area. Seen it alot too with them. Picking up lettuce, Fresh Express I believe.
