Flatbed mods to make it easier to load / unload

    Anyone use the winch ratchet caps? I think they are an ancho brand. It's a racthet that bolts on the round holes where your bar goes.

    When they're locked you can flip the handle up so it's away from your face. And lightly push it to pop it open, if mine weren't locked in my headache rack I'd show you, but if you try 1 you'll never use a regular snap binder again

    You must mean the Silver Cap Overdrive by Ancra. I used (1) then ordered (16) more :biggrin_25525:, I think Cargo Equipment Corp had the best price when I ordered them (10% holiday code). I rather have these than the winches that are (completely,fully) built in ratcheting ones because if they ever goes bad, you unbolt the add on and back to square one:biggrin_2555:.

    A ratcheting winch bar is cheaper and works in all the winches.
